Kit and Lydia opened theirs first. “Stickers, wow”
said Kit.
Lydia rushed to get her sticker book, “I can put them in
here”, she said.
“No, No, No said Sanjay; they won’t keep you safe in your
sticker book! You have to put them on your clothes”
“But I wanted them in my sticker book because they’re
shiny” complained Lydia.
Murph smiled and explained, “They’re shiny because
they’re reflective”
“Re-what-tive?” Asked Lydia.
“Reflective” repeated Murph. “Reflective things help
drivers in cars to see you in the dark.”
