“Did I ever tell you the story of what happened a few
years ago when I looked after a little boy called Jay and a
girl called Josie?” asked Susie.
“No” chorused the children.
“Well, Josie saved the day, because of her quick thinking!”
“What happened?“ asked Daniel,
“We had a small fire in our kitchen, whilst I was outside
in the back garden cutting the grass. Fortunately, Josie
remembered what the Fire Service had taught her when
they visited school.”
“Get out, stay out, dial 999,” suggested Sanjay.
“That’s right, as soon as the smoke alarm went off, Josie
helped Jay to go outside with her.”
